Invite newcomers to paintball and form new teams

Every new paintball team appearance in Ukraine, or club or such an organization, as our League;) is another step to the promotion of Ukrainian paintball.

Are you an experienced player? Have you talent to teach others? In this case, even if you are an active player of the team, you can, for example, a put together youth teammate, to which you will transfer all the accumulated knowledge. For this purpose it’s enough to allocate at first to beginners at least 1-2 days a week.

But even if you aren’t ready to spend your time and energy on it, it’s more likely that new players appear in your team as well, who at the training for the first time need a mentor from among more experienced players.

Do you a representative of the fair sex? Then you can try to create a women’s team (we really do not have enough women’s teams).

Remember that paintball is a team sport. A team is a group in which people learn from each other, stimulate and encourage each other’s development, because they perform a common task and have a personal interest in the success of the whole group, i.e. team.
